A 43-year-old male diagnosed presented with bilateral facial weakness, lower extremity weakness, and gait instability. Sagittal SE pre-contrast T1 weighted MR images of the right (4a) and left (4b) internal auditory canals showing no abnormalities of the right facial nerve (arrow) and left facial nerve (arrowhead). Sagittal contrast enhanced T1 weighted MR images of the right internal auditory canal (4c) and left internal auditory canal (4d) demonstrating enhancement of the right facial nerve (arrow) the left facial nerve (arrowhead).
