MRI-Spine to evaluate Chiari Type 1 Malformation not seen in these images of left cerebellar tonsil, 5mm below foramen magnum and appears to be an abnormal incidental finding in Pituitary gland which correlates with pt complaints of unrelated symptoms to Chiari and labs of unstable Free t4 as well as other symptoms suggestive of Pituitary Malfunction and would appreciate your opinion.
