Category: Interventional Radiology, Region: Abdomen-Vessels, Plane: Other

Findings: (A and B) Selective digital subtraction angiograms of the celiac trunk (CT) shows a large pseudoaneurysm (asterisk) arising from the splenic artery (SA). Note jet of contrast material from top of pseudoaneurysm is compatible with extravasation (B, arrow). Contrast is seen opacifying the spleen with the supply to the gastroepiploic artery (GEA). Technique: Spot radiographs during the digital subtraction angiography sequence with injection of iodixanol contrast solution through a selective microcatheter.
