Findings: Lateral radiograph (A) and magnified lateral images (B, C and D) showed a multinodular calcified mass scalloping the palmar (red) and dorsal (yellow) aspect of the right fifth finger middle phalanx. Note there is juxta-marginal erosion of the distal phalanx base (arrow). Technique: Lateral radiograph (Carestream Health DRX-1 System) at kVp 55 and 8 mAs.
