I am one of 20 Principals in a large private practice of Radiologists based in Adelaide, South Australia. Dr Jones and Partners was established about 1925, and now has branches in Adelaide and Suburbs, various towns and cities of South Australia, as well as in Alice Springs (Northern Territory). The practice offers comprehensive referral services in medical and dental radiology, including MRI, CT, ultrasound and nuclear medicine, employing some 350 staff. In May 2001 the practice corporatised and became part of the Australian Radiology network, I-Med Limited
My special interests within the Practice include paediatric imaging and musculoskeletal ultrasound. Interests include application of information technology to diagnostic imaging, and professional relationships.

Visiting (later Senior Visiting) Radiologist
I was employed one day each week as a visiting specialist in Radiology, initially at the Adelaide Children's Hospital which later merged with Queen Victoria Hospital (where I had an appointment as Honorary Visiting Radiologist 1986-1992) to become Women's and Children's Hospital. Duties included general paediatric radiology, ultrasound and CT, and on call one week in seven.
